The Question is:

 
Do you know of an example program that copies one file to another file with all
 the RMS attributes intact? What I am looking for is something that emulates
 the DCL COPY command but would allow me to determine the byte count, current
 progress, etc.
 
Also, is there a program that will allow me to perform an exact binary
 comparision of files, including all rms attributes?
