Filtering by IP source address?

The Question is:

 
We have ALPHA 1000A OpenVMS V7.1 and ALPHA 800 OpenVMS v7.1-1H2, UCX V4.1 and
 UCX V4.2 respectively.
We would like to filter TELNET and FTP clients according to their IP addresses
 or domain names using a command
 
$UCX SET SERVICE/ACCEPT=HOST=(<hosts list>) <service>
 
This command works, of course, but unfortunatelly a hosts list is confined to
 32 entries no matter what service is concerned.
We need to use longer lists (about 50 entries). Is there a possibility to work
 with lists longer than 32?

The Answer is :

 
  Though your OpenVMS and TCP/IP Services versions are outdated,
  these limits have not been raised, though you can specify IP
  network masks.
 
  Please consider a firewall or equivilent alternative mechanism.
