Is there a manual available about the software product DECforms and how to use
 the forms in fortran-programs? Also with Examples?

  Yes, the DECforms product includes documentation and examples.
  No, the DECforms documentation is not presently available on-line.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard does not know off-hand if the DECforms manuals
  include Fortran examples.  Related questions include (6592),
  (6608), (6764), etc.
 
  If you require a specific example of a particular product or feature,
  please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center or visit the Compaq
  Support Network -- the support network tends to have a variety of
