LAT-like Service on TCP/IP Terminal Server?

The Question is:

 
Migrating from LAT based DecServers to TCP one's, how can I set up something
 that acts like LAT SERVICE on Alpha?
What I need is connecting via TELNET to a service offered, in a dynamic way, by
 more than one Alpha.
(I was thinking about PSEUDO INTERFACE, but may I set up more than one of it
 with the same address on different machines?)
