Looking for the SCSI id jumper settings on an RZ28 disk.

  There are multiple variants of the RZ28 series, some differing
  characteristics, form factors, bus support, and jumper settings.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard strongly recommends you examine the disk for
  the exact model number (eg: RZ28D-VW), and to then avail yourself
  of the information and pointers in the OpenVMS FAQ sections "Where
  can I get information on storage hardware?", "Where can I get
  software and hardware support information?", "Where can I get
  hardware self-maintenance support assistance?", and the pointers
