CLUEXIT Bugcheck?

The Question is:

 
Hello,
 
after an upgrade from UCX 4.2 to TCPIP 5.1 on OPENVMS 7.1-2 , one system of my
 CLUSTER Crashed with the following reason:
 
Bugcheck Msg: CLUEXIT, Node voluntarily exiting VMScluster.

The Answer is :

 
  There can be any number of causes of CLUEXIT -- the node probably
  somehow lost connection to the rest of the cluster, then regained it.
 
  This might or might not be related to TCP/IP Services.
 
  An ECO kit is available for TCP/IP Services V5.1.  You will want to
  obtain the most current ECO kit.  (Please see the pointers to the ECO
  website and related information that are included in the OpenVMS FAQ.)
 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center (CSC), as additional
