Disk Hardware Error Logging?

The Question is:

 
How to identify which drive has given error from decevent log, if that drive is
 part of a mirror set.  Decevent reports only problem with the logical drive
 seen by the OS.  Controller also doesn't log any error.

  This would be specific to the particular storage controller and its
  logging, if any -- please contact your hardware services organization
