FIGlet or Banner for OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
On VMS, is there an equivalent to Unix commands Figlet or Banner, for
 generating large Ascii letters to file or screen.

The Answer is :

 
  Various banner-art tools (toys) have available for OpenVMS from
  Encompass and various other sources.
 
  At least one port of the FIGlet V2.2 release (FIGlet22) targeting
  OpenVMS Alpha V7.3 has also been completed.
 
  Java versions of FIGlet are available, as well.
