Repairing Corrupt OpenVMS Image?

The Question is:

 
Stabakit aborts generation with the above error message.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard suspects the messages are correct, and you have a
  bad DKDRIVER image file.
 
  If you have copied the same bad data around, then the propogation of
  an error such as this is certainly and entirely possible.
 
  Please acquire your OpenVMS VAX distribution kit and repair this,
  or please contact your software support organization or Compaq and
