  response.  There are usually other error messages or other symptoms or
  other hardware (mis)behaviours that coincide with this situation.
 
  Please contact the support center.  Details on the system environment,
  the dump file configuration, the status of and the currency of the
  installed ECO kits, error log contents, and various other related
  details will likely be required.  (The inclusion of the information
  listed at the prolog for asking questions at the Ask The Wizard area
  is central to the ability of the Wizard to answer these questions --
  many tersely-worded questions are also unanswerable questions.  This,
