PCX and CREATE/TERMINAL?

The Question is:

 
I connect to a workstation from my pc using exceed (rexec). The pcx$server.com
 create correctly the display but the terminal created in it (create
 /terminal/detach) doesn't have the DISPLAY setted. This problem depend on the
 user I'm using to connect and
doesn't work with a superuser.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Customer Support Center -- OpenVMS does not
  particularly have a "superuser" construct, and the particular
  sequence of DCL commands and the particular problem (or desired
  results) is unclear.  Further, details on the Advanced Server
  version and ECO in use here will be required.
