Hobbyist Distribution Kit CD-ROM contents?

Is OpenVMS 7.3 available for the Hobbyist?
 
Does the 7.3 Hobbyist distribution include the new Internet layered products
 (XML, Mozilla, Java, Apache, etc.)?

The Answer is :

 
  Please visit the OpenVMS hobbyist website, as those are the folks
  that provide the distribution.
