UltraSCSI and RAID Controllers?

The Question is:

 
We are I/O Bound on our AlphaServer 1200 and want to upgrade the SCSI RAID to
 ULTRA2 or ULTRA3 SCSI disks.  I cannot find an raid controller that supports
 our AlphaServer 1200.  What are my options with this AlphaServer 1200?  Do we
 need to upgrade to the
 AlphaServer DS20E or go to a FIBRE or CI Array Controller?

  Those controllers that have been tested and are supported are available
  at the AlphaServer website -- in the case of this particular AlphaServer,
  please select the "retired servers" link, then follow the options link.
  Alternatively, please contact the Compaq StorageWorks Hotline organization
