Setting MSCP Disk Prefered Path?

The Question is:

 
All my disks are mounted on 1 HSJ
I would like to evenly distribute all disks
across my 2 HSJ's ,what is the command in VMS to failover a disk to a
 particular HSJ,
if this is not possible how do i do it from the
HSJ console?

The Answer is :

 
  On more current OpenVMS releases, you can use the SET PREFERED command.
  On older releases, use the PREFER tool in SYS$EXAMPLES:.
