TCP/IP and C gethostbyname call?

The Question is:

 
return the host ip address is not right;
the correct ip address is 130.54.1.82
but the program's result is 79.54.1.1
why?

The Answer is :

 
  The difference would point to information in the local database
  that differs from assumptions, or to a software or configuration
  error.
 
  If you are not running TCP/IP Services, please contact the
  vendor supporting the particular IP stack in use.
 
  If you are not running the current version and ECO of the
  TCP/IP Services package, please upgrade and apply.
 
  If the problem persists, please contact the customer support
  center, as details of the installed TCP/IP product (inclduing
  the version) and details of the current IP host database
