Print Symbiont Reporting TOOMNYLIB?

The Question is:

 
This was never a problem prior to an upgrade from TCPIP v5.0a to 5.1ECO3
 
How does one resolve this ?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the support center, as details on the specific print
  symbiont involved here will be required, as well as details of the
