Defining an IP route?

The Question is:

 
How to set a route of 192.168.0.0/16 using the ucx set route/mask command?

The Answer is :

 
  The SET ROUTE /MASK command would be the usual approach here.  As
  this is apparently malfunctioning, please ensure that you have a
  recent (V5.1) or current version (V5.3, as of this writing) and the
