Errors receiving SMTP mail?

The Question is:

 
 I have send from my PC a mail to hundred   users. Mail  client reports this
 error:
K doruhenm tomuto adresatu nenm dostupn} adn} zprostxedkovatel pxenosu
 
Which means something like this:  no delivery agent available
 
 
 Are there some restrictions in number of users smtp can send mail ?

The Answer is :

 
  Please load the current version of TCP/IP services and ECO and --
  if the problem persists -- then please contact the support center.
  Expect to be asked details of the current IP configuration both on
  the OpenVMS host and on the Microsoft Windows platform.
 
  Also please consider moving to a supported OpenVMS Alpha release,
  and applying the available ECO kits.
