The Question is:

 
We are receiving this error when printing from Open-M to VMS.  Is this a timing
 issue and what recommendations do you have to fix it?

The Answer is :

 
  Please install and configure TCP/IP Services and attempt to duplicate
  this?  (For third-party products, please contact the vendor -- the
  OpenVMS Wizard is not necessarily familiar with third-party packages,
  and is not in a position to provide support for nor statements about
