How can I configure SMTP with @TCPWARE:CNFNET MENU

  The OpenVMS Wizard is not necessarily familiar with any particular
  third-party product and is not in a position to provide support for
  third-party products.  Please ask the folks that formally support
  the third-party product for assistance.
 
  TCP/IP Services uses the TCPIP$CONFIG tool.  Documentation on TCP/IP
  Services is available at the OpenVMS documentation website, pointers
