Seeking ReGIS and SIXEL Converters?

The Question is:

 
Is there a product which will convert regis and sixel graphic files to
 postscript files?  I know DCPS will let me print such files but I need the
 converted postscript file.

The Answer is :

 
  The DECdocument DOCUMENT/GRAPHICS graphics editing tool -- sometimes
