The Question is:

 
How do I get my Personal Workstation 600a in the OpenVMS Hobbyist Program?
 Where do I get the CD and the PAK?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS does not support the Personal Workstation 600a nor any other
  "Whitebox", "Windows NT Only" or similar system, and you may or may
  not be able to successfully bootstrap OpenVMS on this or other similar
  Alpha systems.
