What are the commands to do general health checks on V 7.2-2

The Answer is :

 
  No such specific command exists for this particular task, as
  numerous individual hardware and software considerations exist.
 
  Please see the system management documentation for details on
  commands such as SHOW ERROR, and see the documentation of the
  DECevent and the Compaq Analyze error log analysis tools.
  (Pointers to these tools are in the OpenVMS FAQ.)
 
  Specific and detailed system health-check services are available
