DLT Library Hardware Question?

The Question is:

 
We have a TL891 MiniLibrary and use MRU, V1.6.
We have the Library configured for "Set Auto Clean Mode Enable". My question is
 how do we know how many times the cleaning tape is used with this enabled? or
 do we wait for it to fail?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact your hardware support organization for assistance
  with DLT library hardware maintenance.
 
  HP generally recommends that autoclean mode be disabled.
 
  TL891 documentation, the user's guide and related materials are
