I ould like to obtain any suggestions or coding eamples on how to read
 information about a device on the network using the Simple Network Management
 Protocol (SNMP) which is part of the TCP/IP services for OpenVMS.

  TCP/IP examples are available in TCPIP$EXAMPLES: and in the
  TCP/IP Services documentation, and information on various
  MIBs is included in the OpenVMS SYstem Management manuals.
 
  For additional pointers to examples and to the information
  available in the support databases, please see the pointers
  in the OpenVMS FAQ.  The IP and OpenVMS documentation is
  also referenced in the OpenVMS FAQ.
