$ALPHADEF and HW_MODEL System Marketing Models?

The Question is:

 
Besides the module $ALPHADEF, is there a
more recent information where I could find
the relation between the HW_MODEL
number and the clear text description of the
system in question. In other words, a
customer gave me hardware model
numbers 1814 and 1921 and I can't figure
out which systems the customer has.

The Answer is :

 
  If you can receive system marketing model (SMM) codes, you can also
  receive system names.
 
  SMM 1814 is an AlphaServer ES40 series, dual processor.
  SMM 1921 is an AlphaServer DS20E.
 
  You will want to move away from SMM codes, as OpenVMS I64 systems do
  not have the concept of a unique SMM code for each system model; the
  EFI console and the platform specification do not provide for it.
 
  There is some work that may appear in a release after the OpenVMS V8.1
  release, and specifically containing an updated $ALPHADEF module.
