Determining Fortran support? (kmvbits)

The Question is:

 
Does VMS fortran include any library function called kmvbits?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  The brute force answer can be determined with a command such as SEARCH,
  searching the Fortran libraries for the specified text string, though
  searching the output of the ANALYZE and LIBRARY commands might be
  considered slightly more elegant.  The documentation, however, is
  the most common approach.  The Compaq Fortran release notes (for
  Fortran V7.2) show information specifically around the addition of
  support for a kmvbits Fortran library call in the release.
