Availability Manager NOPROC Event?

The Question is:

 
I've installed the new Availability Manager 2.3 to monitor Both Vax and Alpha
 servers, with windows 2000.
 
After a right-click on a node on the Node pane to display the Customize Menu, I
 select the event option and NOPROC. But the watch process option doesn't exist.
 
Before installation I uninstall the 2.2-1 version on the Windows 2000 Machine.
 
Any idea?

The Answer is :

 
  The NOPROC, LOVOTE, and LOVLSP events are not implemented prior to
  Availability Manager V2.3.  Please ensure that you have (at least)
  this version installed and started.

  If you do have V2.3 installed and running, please contact the customer
  support center as it would appear there is a configuration or software
