The Question is: We have a VAXcluster with 2 MVax 6400 (named CSIM2 and CSIM3) and 3 VaxStation (named CSIM4, CSIM5 and CSIM7). Suddenly and 2 or 3 times a day(!), it happens that one of the node (CSIM3) shutdown and reports this kind of error: ERROR SEQUENCE 3192. If you wish to perform self-maintenance of your hardware, please consider the Assisted Services program referenced in the FAQ. The Assisted Services program can provide you with diagnostics and documentation and spares; with access to the information, diagnostics, and supporting materials that can be needed to maintain and to repair your own hardware.
