OpenVMS Certifications?

The Question is:

 
I have difficulties to access information about the availability certification
 of the OpenVMS. I am residing in Singapore and would like to know the answers
 of my questions from below:
 
1) What are the type of certifications from OpenVMS?
 
2) I had attended "OpenVMS Fundamentals", "OpenVMS Essentials" as well as
 "OpenVMS System and Network Node Management II". With these 3 courses I have
 attended, which is the correct certification should I go for?
 
3) Who is conducting this certification in Singapore?

    There are currently 3 OpenVMS Certifications
 
    1) Certified Systems Engineer
    2) Certified System Administrator
    3) Accredited Systems Engineer
