The Question is:

 
I would like to run web services on my alphas using 7.3.1. Can the osu web
 server 3.10a handle xml and java like the HP supported apapche web server?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not in a particular position to provide support
  for or to answer technical questions involving OpenVMS Freeware.
 
  If you wish to utilize David Jones's DECthreads-based HTTP_SERVER
  World-Wide Web server for OpenVMS -- often known as the OSU webserver
  -- you will want to acquire information and documentation on the
  proposed environment.  Information and pointers of interest are
  included within the OpenVMS FAQ, among other places.
 
  You will want to more directly contact folks more familiar with or
  that are supporting the proposed webserver environment, in other words.
