Documentation for NFS Export?

The Question is:

 
Once, a long time ago on a previous version of VMS, I exported a directory from
 VMS using NFS.  I remember there was quite a few steps that had to be executed
 in a specific order - map, generate map, export, proxy etc.  I cannot find any
 instructions anyw
here that put the steps in order - can the wizard?
