How can I obtain KA650 CPU's instruction set?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The KA650 is the processor used on the MicroVAX 3500 and a few
  other platforms.   The instruction set is the VAX instruction
  set, as defined in the VAX architecture documentation.
 
  For information on the VAX instruction set, please see the VAX
  architecture and the VAX Macro assembler documentation.
 
  Pointers to various hardware documentation sites and resources
  are in the OpenVMS FAQ, and the VAX Macro assembler documentation
