Changing the SCS and DECnet host nodename?

The Question is:

 
I have modified the node name througu
MCR NCP.
The system does not boot. I got the error:
"Decnet nodename newname is not to SCSNODE oldname".
 
Hwo do I correct this condition and modify the
nodename so I can rebood the system ?
