Seeking StorageWorks Wizard? (WWIDMGR)

The Question is:

 
I have three DS20E alpha connected to an hsg80 diskcontroller. In the pc-agent
 storageworks cc I decide which alpha should be connected to which disk, this
 works fine. To be able to boot an alpha from a disk I write the command:
>>>wwidmgr quickset udid  31 (for disk d31).
Now the problem:
When I do teh wwidmgr command on an alpha which normally boots from disk1 I get
 this error-message: ALL EV4S ARE USED, PLEASE DELETE SOMETHING FIRST.
How do I act now? I have tried to turn off the power on the alpha.
