The Answer is : The OpenVMS Wizard is generally not in a position to provide hardware support, nor to answer hardware-troubleshooting questions. (As was mentioned in the introduction, the OpenVMS Wizard is familiar with OpenVMS, but is generally not a StorageWorks, VAX, Alpha nor Itanium hardware wizard.) Please forward all questions that are centrally hardware questions or hardware support requests -- and any questions that involve diagnosing or resolving hardware problems -- directly to the HP hardware services organization, or please contact your locally-prefered hardware support organization for assistance.
