Are they any supported bulk file transfer utilities available, HP or 3rd party
 for VMS to VMS machines?

  Yes, there bulk transfer utilities available.  Specific
  background on the requirements -- a one- or two-line
  question is exceedingly difficilt to answer -- would be
  useful.  Accordingly, please contact the support center
  for more specific recommendations and options.
 
  Obvious options include COPY/FTP, COPY with wildcards,
  EXCHANGE/NETWORK, NFS, HTTP, etc.  These are available
  from DCL or commonly-available applications.  Network
  protocols available include DECnet, TCP/IP, SNA, etc.
 
  (Without the necessary background on the requirements,
