Third-Party Software? (Process Multinet)

The Question is:

 
Hi,
   We have an environment where we use the Multinet TCP/IP stack. Sometimes,
 the write() socket API gives the following values in errno and vaxc$errno. The
 socket becomes invalid after this and the connection is reset. Can you please
 elaborate on the same
 ?
 
errno : 65535     vaxc$errno : 98938

  Multinet is a third-party TCP/IP stack.  Please contact the
  vendor, Process, for information on and support of this and
