ANALYZE/DISK and OPENQUOTA Error?

The Question is:

 
trying to run Analyze_disk_structure on my secondary disk dra1:. I get file
 'Quota.sys not found' How can I check this disk for errors?

The Answer is :

 
    $ HELP/MESSAGE OPENQUOTA
 
     OPENQUOTA,  error opening QUOTA.SYS
 
    Facility:     ANALDISK, Analyze/Disk_Structure Utility
 
    Explanation:  An error was encountered during an attempt to open the
    quota file, [000000]QUOTA.SYS;1, on relative volume 1. This condition
