The Question is: I am trying to install Alpha VMS 6.2-1H3 onto an AlphaServer DS10. I'm using CD part number AG-QSC4C-RE dated May 1996. My disk drive is located at Dqa0 and CDROM drive is located at Dqa1. When I use either Dqa1 or Dqa1.1.0.13.0, I get the same results. >>> boot dqa1 (boot dqa1.1.0.13.0 -file dqa1.1.0.13.0 -flags 0,0) block 0 of dqa1.0.13.0 is a valid boot block reading 1004 blocks from dqa1.1.0.13.0 bootstrap code read in base=200000, image_start=0, image_bytes=7d800 initializing HWRPB at 2000 initializing page table at 7f8a000 initializing machine state setting affinity to the primary cpu jumping to bootstrap code halt code=5 halt instruction executed PC=20010148 boot failure >>> What do I need to do to get VMS 6.2 installed?
