The Question is:

 
Can you tell me if HP plans to support the new AES encryption standard FIPS 197
 (Rijndael) in the Encryption for Open VMA layered product?

The Answer is :

 
  SSL V1.2 is expected to ship with OpenVMS V8.2, and it is expected to
  have AES support.  Additionally, the version of CDSA that is expected
  to ship with V8.2 also has AES support.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not immediately aware of plans to incorporate
  AES encryption support into the OpenVMS Encryption product -- if that
  configuration is of interest due to local requirements, the OpenVMS
  Wizard would encourage you to please contact the customer support
  center directly, and formally request the enhancement to that product.
