The Answer is :

 
  You have reached the OpenVMS Wizard and not the Oracle Rdb Wizard.
  For information on third-party products such as Rdb, please contact
  the associated support organization.  Please contact Oracle, in this
  case.
 
  As for archival output sizes, the OpenVMS Wizard does not immediately
  see the concern -- with varying input sources, output archive sizes
  can certainly vary.  Do expect to be asked details of the Rdb RMU
