Description: URW PCL-compatibility fonts in TrueType format (from GhostPCL) Long Description: The URW++ type foundry has very generously provided these high-quality TrueType fonts to the open source community (originally for use with Artifex GhostPCL). This set includes 45 fonts suitable as drop-in equivalents to those mandated by the HP PCL standard. These fonts include: "A028" (Albertus clone), "Antique Olive", "Clarendon URW" (bold condensed only), "Coronet", "Garamond No8", "Letter Gothic", "Mauritius", "U001" (Univers clone) and "URW Classico" (Optima clone), plus a few others. These fonts have been released under the Aladdin Free Public License, which permits free use, distribution and modification, but prohibits resale. They have been recompiled with some adjustments to the font naming logic, for optimal OS/2 compatibility. The font installation will use the INSTFONT utility if it is found on your system. Otherwise, rebooting will be necessary to activate the fonts after install.
