You certainly know all kinds of sites reviewing new hardware and/or
software as it comes on the market. Toms
Hardware is one of them, and maybe exactly the type of site in my
mind.
Now what do you think about reviews of old hardware? Telling the people
why old workstations are still pretty cool and where they can do an
excellent job still nowadays.
At least I like this idea as a contrast to all these x86 reviews only
counting fps in ego-shooters and the speed of mpeg4-encoding. This obsolete
review section tries to get people back to the roots and to show them
that even old workstations are still useable.
My idea simply is to collect some success stories of people reactivating
old hardware. If you have such a story, feel free to send it to me,
so I will publish it as a review on this site.
