ROT13
Encode the article you are posting using the Rot13 encoding algorithm. This algorithm is the Internet standard for loosely encoding text and making text unreadable to the casual viewer. It rotates all letters of the alphabet by 13 letters. Use this option when you decide your article contains objectionable material. A ROT13 encoded article is equivalent to placing your article in an envelope and writing the following statement on the outside. "This article contains viewing material that may be offensive to the average person. Open at your own risk."
