Boot to the rh62/images/bootnet.img floppy.
Press enter at the syslinux boot prompt.
I made the following choices:
Lang=English
Kbd=us
Method=NFS image
TCP/IP=use dhcp
On my first attempt, it hung at this point. No response
to Alt-Fn keystrokes and Caps Lock and Num Lock don't work either.
