This is part of the d3_breen_01 map -- if you noclip more or less straight down you find the city backdrop, and there are some citadel wall parts sort of sticking up for some reason. Fits my need perfectly, which is nice, since I've had this idea for over a year but never, you know, looked to see if there was a part of the map that would make it possible to shoot this comic. I just sort of figured, you know, I'd find something at the last minute, which I did! Sweet! And, we see that even when plummeting at terminal velocity, Frohman still rubs his chin while pondering something.
