Schuldt" Reply-To: MX-List@MadGoat.com To: Has anyone out there seen this problem with REJMAN? We are running MX Version 5.3 Suppose I have rules defined numberd 1 through 1000. I then delete rule (for instance) 500. The next rule I create will be numbered rule 500 and added to the end of the rule base. (999, 1000, 500) The next rule I create will be numbered 501 and added to the end of the rule base. (999, 1000, 500, 501). I now have TWO rules numbered 501. The next rule will be numbered 502, resulting in two rules numbered 502. This problem can get really bad if I delete another rule, because then I can end up with 3 or more rules with the same number. This makes REJMAN DELETE REJ/ID=3Dnnn difficult to use because of the duplicate numbering. Has anyone else seen this behavior and have you fixed it?
