Active Directory Client Extensions for NT Workstation 4.0

Read Me First

Microsoft has developed extensions for the Windows NTŪ 4.0 operating system that allow this client platform to take advantage of features provided by the Windows 2000 Active Directory™ service. These client extensions were developed for customers who wish to deploy Windows 2000 Server in environments with Windows NT 4-based client workstations.

System Requirements

• Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6a
• Versions of Internet Explorer no earlier than 4.01

How to Download

1. Select your language from the drop-down list at the top of the page and then click Download Now.
2. Do one of the following:
   • To start the installation immediately, click Run this program from its current location.
   • To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save this program to disk.
