Read Me First
Using Long Filename Backup, you can back up long filenames when using older MS-DOS^® disk utilities. It is intended for use only by experienced Microsoft^® Windows^® 95 users with special needs for compatibility with older disk utilities.

NOTE: This download is not intended for use on computers running Microsoft^® Windows^® 98.

How to Download

1. Create a folder. Right-click the desktop, then click New Folder. Type a name for the folder.
2. Click the Download button at the top or the bottom of the page.
3. Save the file in the new folder.

How to Get Started

1. Extract the files from the executable by clicking the file.
2. Open the readme.txt for further instructions.

Note: Some of the files will require you to run the self-extracting file in a particular folder. You will be warned appropriately before the extraction takes place.
